This is easily one of the worst managed games by Lou Piniella, and I really need only point at the Marmol substitution after a Theriot error while Wells was cruising and has like 80 pitches

AGREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED!!!

i hate Sac bunts by ANYONE but pitchers

I'm a big fan of small ball & sacrifices in general, but it generally is a better idea when your team is a high contact team, especially with RISP, that actually more often than not cashes in on a man on second with one out.

Holy ish, I didn't even notice Lou replaced Soto with Bobby Scales 'til now. Unbelievably stupid. If you're going to do that, why not use Dempster to lay the sac down?
Posted
Not getting runs this inning with the crap coming up.

which makes it even dumber to bunt there. you burn a position player in extra innings trying to lay down a bunt with bad hitters coming up. what's the point?

Why am I watching this when Bear Grylls and Will Ferrel are on the Discovery channel together on Man Vs Wild?

Haha, I changed as soon as MvW came on.

Not as bad as the Pirates game last week. Nothing will ever top Lou's decisions that night.

Statistics show that you have a better chance of scoring with a man on first and 0 outs than a man on 2nd with 1 out.

Hey, I had to step out in the bottom of the 9th. Who gave up the runs to tie it in the 9th? I knew it wasn't good when I turned the radio on and the game was still on.
