Are you volunteering to coordinate a feasible schedule?

At least one team in each league gets an off day each day. Who wants to go to work every single weekend day for months at a time?

People who have every weekday off for 4-5 months a year.

I don't care if he technically made it back in time. Theriot is [expletive] on the bases.

Pat assures me that Theriot is a smart player and doesn't usually make mistakes like that.

Theriot got a little lazy there, but he still got back in. It's a tough call though because the action happened on the opposite side of the umpire, and he was obviously in the correct position.

It appeared as if he were lying with his stomach on the bag before the tag was applied.

That ump has to be half blind.

Did Keppinger ever even put the glove on him?

I think did, but it was after he was already rolling on the bag. Theriot rolled away from the tag, touched the bag, hugged it, and then got tagged on the hip.

So wait, when's Bradley gonna get good? I wonder if Lou saw Bradley taking too many called 3rds and told him to be a bit more aggressive and it's had a negative effect on his approach, because he seems to be swinging at everything these days, and striking out on some bad pitches. Edited by UMFan83

CUBS are 10-3 when they score first in the game.... 5-9 when they don't

CUBS are 8-2 when they score in the first inning.... 7-10 when they don't

Go CUBS !!

It's actually pretty simple. Read Bob Costas book.

Yeah, it's very noticeable how he went from being so patient to swinging at nearly everything. I wonder if he's just pressing given his slow start.
