The game's been postponed for a day/night doubleheader on July 12th. Separate admission.

Only more expensive seats for tonight's game on tickets.com available. Has anyone ever successfully gotten tickets after a game has been called and used them for a makeup date in a situation like this?

Where does it say it's been postponed?

What happens to the 2 awesome tickets I have for tonight?

It depends if they will honor them at the next game, sometimes they just say send the tickets in for a refund or you have to go exchange them. I got the run around a couple of years ago when i tried to trade my tickets in after a ppd

Well, just bought 4 pretty good tickets for tonight's game. Now I have to see if it pays off.

I'm really bummed out. I had planned my evening around this game. Now I guess I have to settle for NBA playoffs. :(

Same here. Maybe there's a bad movie on FX later or something. What a bummer. But I live a half mile from the stadium, and just looking outside, it would be miserable to even attempt to get this game in tonight.

same thing happened for me, It was made up in the summer so they had everyone get a refund for the postponed game so they could charge the higher rates for summer. i think this will be the same because this was a "gold" game and the July series is a "platinum" series

I think I'll pop in MLB The Show and play the game out. :)

Piniella tweaked the rotation for the upcoming series against the Cincinnati Reds, which begins Tuesday night. Rich Harden (0-1, 5.00 ERA) will start Tuesday, followed by Ted Lilly (2-0, 3.86 ERA) and Carlos Zambrano (1-0, 5.21 ERA). Lilly, who had been scheduled to start Sunday night's game, was pushed back because he's been battling a cold.

If they pull that [expletive], I'm done going to Wrigley. I'll travel the extra hour and give Milwaukee or STL the money if I want to see the Cubs. Ricketts/Bankrupt Sam can kiss my a**. I've been a season ticket holder for the Bears for years and have never seen the McCaskey's stoop that low with anything. Rainouts do happen but if they were to do that, they's even shadier than cyan's scalping enterprise. I had friends come up from Florida for a weekend that was supposed to be capped off at the game. Instead we got a rainout, hit by an airport shuttle by the art institute, and the topper of all toppers a substandard (by their standards) pizza at Malnatti's on Wells. As we jokingly said...nothing like have mothernature and just about everyone else in that city [expletive] all over your birthday.
