Fun Fact: The Eagles have scored 17 points since the last time their offense even stepped on the field.

I think Romo just wants to die right now...I just hope he's able to come back from this at all.

so, what team will TO be on next year (as we continues his Deion Sanders career path)?

i guess it would be the ravesn, which is ironic since he refused a trade there in the first place

Why is this season Owens fault?

It's definitely not, and I don't think Owens is going anywhere. He's got a new contract, we are going into a brand new stadium, and there will be a lot of changes made. This is one time when I think JJ will almost bend over backwards to make TO happy.

it's not. I was making reference to Deion's constant jumping to the next perceived contender as soon as his current team looked to be tanking.

LOL

this is hilarious

This really is fun to watch. I just wish Buck would shut the hell up. I cannot stand him. Let Aikman - who actually still knows the Cowboys - talk and stick to pitching Budweiser.

It's going to be interesting to see what changes are made at the Ranch. Most of the key players on the team are under contract for next year, so I don't see any major changes there. There isn't a first round draft choice, so it's going to take astute scouting and player evaluation to add much in the draft. There definitely won't be a sure fire impact player coming from that.

The biggest change will likely be on the coaching staff. I put it at 50/50 that Phillips is back. I also don't see the Cowboys doing anything to stop Garrett from leaving if that's what he wants to do.

I can see JJ trying to get Cowher to come out of retirement, but that's probably a long shot at best.

I don't think Owens will be going anywhere. I could see Crayton traded if the Cowboys want to go with Austin and Hurd at WR behind TO and Williams. Roy Williams the safety is likely traded or cut with cut being the most likely possibility.

The Cowboys aren't likely to make any big splashes in FA. Ware will be extended. Tank probably walks if anyone offers him a big contract.

I think people need to start looking at the Golden Boy on the Cowboys team instead of the guy that the "supposed" cancer.

Yup.

Too lazy to look it up,. but I'd bet his stats against "good" teams (teams that finish over .500) stink compared to those against "poor" teams.

LOL Wade Phillips

Eagles @ Vikings

Falcons @ Cards

Funny that I like both road teams in those games.

Yes based on your posting history it's funny that you like a road team over the Vikings. Shocking in fact.

The Eagles are the better team.

I agree with you - I'd expect both road teams to be favorites whenever the lines come out.

I can't wait for the Favre Retirement Dance to re-commence this offseason. With Jets fans, it'll be spectacular.

Actually, I don't think the Jets will have as much of a problem with him. He isn't a hero there, so they can pretty much treat him like crap if they want to.

The Packers had to handle it more delicately. Another thing, couldn't the Jets trade him almost anywhere and do the restrictions on trading him to the Vikings still apply for the next season?

I dont know how you can explain what happened to the Cowboys. They were the best team in the NFC last year and it was a suprise they got beat by the Giants in the playoffs. They are a much better assembly of talent than this years record shows. I dont know if this had to do with anything but they seemed really cocky this year. This could be the most talented team to not make the playoffs that i can think of.

I like the Eagles team, they have a real shot at going to the SB.
