Again, another reason why the NFL overtime is a joke. Titans win on a coin toss. Oh well... Good game.

Lets beat the crap out on Minnesota next week.

I dont want to sound like a sore loser tho (which I probably do). I don't leave this game feeling lik the Titans are the better team. We just need to be the best team in the NFC North.

I agree.

The Titans won the game, but are not necessarily the better team. I thought the teams were evenly matched with, perhaps, a slight edge for the Packers before the game. This did nothing to change my mind.

You may not want to hear it right now, but good game.

true or false.... the titans are the worst 8-0 team in nfl history?

I can't think of all the 8-0 teams in the history of the NFL, but I'd say false off the top of my head.

This is not a bad team, it's actually a very good team. It's not an 8-0 team, but there's only a couple of games we legitimately should have lost so far (Ravens primarily).

I think he is just saying that the Titans have beat 1 team with a winning record this year.

I cant hate on 8-0. But I also think the AFC is a notch below the NFC this year. Thats just me tho.

EDIT: 1000 post.

That's a legit concern. Some of the teams are better than their current record (Colts, Packers, Jags), but I don't disagree that we're not truly an 8-0 team.

No it was a really really good game. I just hate losing. But yes it was a great game. 8-0 is 8-0. Congrats

Hopefully this won't be the last time we see each other.

I'd be 100% behind that idea. :D

Tampa Bay wins after Bryant missed an overtime FG and was bailed out by Jeremy Trueblood jumping offsides.

Stupid freaking Bucs. And even stupider freaking Chiefs.

Bryant was 2-3 on FGs on that drive.

I'm having a hard time seeing the Giants not making the Super Bowl for the NFC this year as things stand right now.

Carolina's Week 16 game at the Meadowlands should be enlightening provided neither team has clinched by then.

Hey, Joey Porter got a sack. That never happens.

Cutler was much better that drive, but he's still only 5-13.

And pennington reaches 50%! Not bad for the guy ranked 2nd in the leauge in completion percentage coming in!

oakland is getting outgained 221 to 5

this is the first time i can remember that the eagles aren't on locally without the steelers playing at the same time on the same channel. i guess the local Fox affiliate has determined that everyone needs to see the cowboys every week, so that game is on instead of the eagles and seattle.

Derek Anderson actually played pretty well for Cleveland today, but threw the game-clinching pick-six for Baltimore on a horribly misexecuted screen pass. He (and, I'm guessing, Crennel for not making a switch) got booed lustily. Fans are wholesale turning on those two.
