Payne has really stepped up play this year though, I've been very happy with him.

 

Also, we get to see Nick Roach at Strong Side Linebacker, replacing Hunter.

 

payne is young, and as such looks very very very good at times and very very very bad at others. he's talented, he just needs to get better on those whiffs.

I saw pretty much the entire left third of the end zone had no one in it and began screaming at the TV for Orton to run it in.

 

Glad to see he listened. :D

Yelling at the QB to run it is becoming a common occurrence for me this weekend.

 

I was actually starting to get a little pissed he didn't see it sooner.

i've got a streaming link for the bears from the site. it's on channel 1 there but it's being crap

 

what do i click on?

 

i'm listening online to joniak and thayer, which isn't bad, but i'd like some video, no matter how bad.

it was lagging every few seconds. password is stoogetv.com

 

they also post streaming links that open in WMV in the chat, but you have to click those within like 30 seconds after they post it or it'll go dead. the channel is usually matched up pretty well with real-time, but the streaming links are way behind. the streaming links though don't lag at all, while the website sometimes does.

i know, but the pleasure i derive from annoying wisconsin natives by being a fib is worth it.

Also, there is much humor to being in a room with a bunch of Wisconsin people when one of those "The happiest cows come from California" commercials comes on TV.

 

Back in the early 80's Wisconsin was running a tourist campaign centered around the slogan "Escape to Wisconsin" complete with bumper stickers and everything. So, in '85 when I moved back to Chicago, my sister (that's CubmanPi's mother) had a bumper sticker made specially for me that read "I escaped from Wisconsin".
