yeah you guys should get even better once brodeur comes back. or it won't matter because you play a strict defensive system in front of the goalie and whoever is in net is made to look great.

 

hopefully for brent sutter's sake you guys get the top seed in the east, otherwise lou lamoriello might fire him with 2 games left in the regular season and take over for the playoffs.

Wow did the Flyers ever look bad tonight against the Blues. Great fight between Asham and Janssen, and then another short one. Lots of funny stuff, tons of penalties. Flyers blew at least two long 5-on-3's, and just generally looked a step slow.

 

I was surprised at how many Philly fans were at the game though.

 

Nittymaki threw a punch at a Blues player coming through the crease (no call), and Richards was a punk all night, including nearly inciting a brawl after the game ended. He and Jackman squared off with gloves off, but the refs jumped in and wouldn't allow them to go. I think Richards needed a beating.
