Marvin Harrison is getting sued by the victim of the shooting over the summer, according to ESPN.

Will this be a distraction for the Colts, perhaps?

"Look, it's our position that Marvin Harrison was the shooter," said Dixon's attorney, Robert M. Gamburg, according to the Daily News. "But even if you believe the other theory, Marvin's gun was still used in the shooting, so he was negligent for leaving the weapon where someone else could obtain it."

Under Pennsylvania law, Harrison could face misdemeanor charges if police determine his gun was used in the commission of a crime.

Doubt seriously anything will come of it, but it's interesting nonetheless.

Their terrible defense and injured o-line will be more of a problem IMO.

The defense should improve when Bob Sanders returns. The o-line might get better when the starters actually decide to get healthy.

And I don't really think this'll be much of a distraction for Marvin. It's not serious enough.

NFL Network's Adam Schefter is reporting the Lions would be willing to part with Roy Williams if the offer is "too good to be true."

If only Matt Millen were still there, too good to be true might be Paul Williams and Chris Henry from the Titans. They were second and third round picks, after all.

The Dolphins need to get on this. They need a #1 receiver, however, I wouldn't give up anything more than one of our 2nd round picks.

The Cowboys have also been rumored. They would be absolutely terrifying if they had Roy Williams opposite TO.

I hope the Titans inquire, but too good to be true is too much for me, I suspect. Reinfeldt and Fisher have already ruled out dealing a #1 pick, which is fine by me in this situation.

This would definitely be something I'd like the Raiders to look into. One of the biggest deficiencies (if not the biggest) the Raiders have is at wide receiver.

Of course, Al Davis would find some way to screw the trade up if the Lions were interested.

Roy Williams is a FA at the end of the year. May not be the best idea for a team like the Raiders unless they can reach some sort of extension prior to the trade going through.

Pacman got in this altercation and has fired his agent. Terence Newman has also been diagnosed with a sports hernia, and they are trying to decide if he needs surgery or not. Bad news tonight for the 'Boys secondary. Pat Watkins will probably be held out again, and Roy Williams probably won't be back until next week.

At least Pac Man didn't make it rain this time...

Can't make it rain every time.

Gotta save up for those big occasions to really make it rain.

Not making it rain (so to speak) in this case was actually a bad thing because he actually kept his cash in his pocket.

Ok, thank you to everyone so far that have sent me in their rankings.

Everyone who has not, please do. Its not that hard, I promise :). Just PM me your Top 10 teams on the NFL so far.

I kind of feel sorry for Pacman at this point. No matter what he does, it ends up being the wrong move.

Of course, if he didn't put himself in these positions . . .

probably the best thing that will ever happen to his agent.

Cowboys will not take any action against the Pacman.

I'm shocked.

LOL. yeah.

Why should they? This whole thing has been way overblown. Here is an excerpt from ESPN article on it:

The bodyguard, an off-duty policeman who is part of a security detail assigned to Jones, told team security that some "kidding around" and "playfulness" between himself and the player resulted in a brief scuffle in a restroom. A vanity mirror suffered minor damage.

Minor incidences like these happen all the time and you don't hear a word. Wade Phillips and a few of the players called out the local media, and now the media is trying to take shots at the Cowboys from any angle they can.

It's the Cowboys, have they ever punished a player for getting in trouble?

Pattern of behavior. It becomes different when you're known to be a problem player. I don't know what really happened, but it's very disturbing for a guy told he was on a short leash to be even putting himself in this kind of position.

That's Pacman's problem, though. I don't think he's that much of a troublemaker personally, but he's terrible about hanging out with the wrong people and putting himself into bad situations. Not taking any of the responsibility away from him, but it's more poor judgement than anything.
