There was an article on MLB.com and it said that the Cubs hadn't made their decision yet.

Two other teams who have already made their postseason reservations -- the Cubs and the Red Sox -- have yet to finalize their Postseason Rally plans. So have your party favors at the ready and stay tuned.

I remember earlier it was mentioned that it would be at the Daley Plaza. I don't remember the time. I think it was mentioned during WGN's coverage of the clinching.
