Has anyone looked at these yet? Just for grins, I checked games 4 and 5 of the World Series. Somebody is selling infield club box seats by 1st base 9 rows up for $35K EACH for game 5 and $55K EACH for game 4. People are asking $4K for bleachers and $2K for SRO.

Anyone who thinks there getting into wrigley field for under a grand for a world series game is kidding themselves.

It's been 100 years. These prices seem cheap.

Its been 63 years.

We've never won a World Series in the history of Wrigley Field.

Yes, I know that.

Jesus people, was it really that hard to understand that I was suggesting that the team was going to win a WS for the first time in 100 years. Cripes.

welcome to the GOP dream: an unregulated Free Market economy

Hooray for injecting pointless political crap into an unrelated thread.

No, they get it... everyone just has to argue semantics, it's ridiculous... just ignore it.

That's why i already bought tickets to the tampa bay rays and angels world series games, 1 and 2, on stubhub. Two tickets costs 800 bucks, 400 per each game. That way if and when the cubs make it, i'll same some bucks and still see them in the world series. If the angels or rays don't make it, i get my money back. If either team makes it and the cubs don't, i'll just resell those tickets. I also already booked airfare via southwest to tampa, that i can refund and transfer to la, if the cubs play in la. That's the smart way!!!

Really? Why the change? They were available last year.

It is great, allowing people to do their best and achieve while not being held down by socialist rules that would dictate a certain degree of success for individuals.

Enough with the political talk. Take it to Social or Rants.

I can assure you that there will be SRO, I am looking at two right now.

I too bought Angels and Rays World Series tickets through stubhub.

I have 2 for Games 1, 2, and 6 in Tampa

I have 4 for Game 2 in L.A.

I figure if the Cubs make it then the prices will skyrocket for the World Series games there and if one of these teams make it without the Cubs then I can just resell them for what I paid.

Lets go Rays! I've been cheering for them since the end of August.

(On a side note, I loaded up on Rockies NLCS tickets last year in case they played the Cubs. God I'm a loser.)
