That's almost as many 2B as the Cubs have thrown out there in the last several years.

IIRC, isn't that the same way Skip started the last Cards/Cubs game started by Z at Wrigley in August? You know the one where he gave up like 5 HRs and lost 12-3

Good start.

This doesn't even feel like a Cardinals series to me. Usually I'm really up for these games, but not so much. I guess it's because they are toast and we have bigger fish to fry.

Zambrano is only good when hurricanes force other teams to play him at Miller Park

Bud Selig killed him.

We should make t-shirts.

Not a great 1-2 pitch. 95 on the gun, which is ironically bad for Carlos, considering he throws a sinking fastball, and the higher up in the 90's it gets, the less it sinks.

FYI, Zambrano hasn't hit more than 92 on the gun. Let's hope he didn't use all of his bullets Sunday.

Not once in 7 pitches?!?! He's headed to the DL.

Not saying he's hurt or anything, just that last Sunday was special and we shouldn't expect him to shut anyone down. That was really his only great start in a while. I hope it continues and he'll be fine, but let's not pretend he morphed into mr. unhittable for good.
