Anybody else notice that for the Cubs to clinch Thursday not only must the Phils close this one out, the Cubs sweep the Stros and the Cubs sweep the Brewers, but the Stros must lose one in their next series.

 

The E# for the Stros is 8 right now.

 

Cubs sweep them: 4

Cubs sweep Brewers: 1

Based on that, I think within reason Lou will let him go for it.
