Imagine what Sabathia's numbers would look like if he would play against the better teams in the league rather than constantly playing the bottom feeders. Soto's a catcher and Votto is a 1B. Writers do recognize that distinction, even if it's in the dumbest way.(crap like catcher's ERA.)
