Its a good thing our offense is so consistent otherwise we'd be losing this game.... Oh wait we are losing this game, hey at least we got a gift run last inning, maybe we'll get to the bulpen again today.

 

Why are you not enjoying this? I hate the people that call out those that are negative, because I am that way well over half the time, but your thoughts about this team seem to be particularly negative. Teams slump all the time. The Cubs have done it several times this year, only to bounce back and score 7-8 runs for a good stretch.

 

I just hate it when we are losing, it chews up my insides. Believe me Ive enjoyed this season a great deal. I love this team, probably the best in my lifetime. I just hate it when they go long stretches without scoring.

Hey man I hear ya, it eats at me too. If we lose it will ruin part of my night despite how insignificant the loss might be. I would be a hypocrite to call out people for overreacting in a game thread, so I say carry on.

*shrug* *sigh* I complain cause I care. Sorry if Im overdoing it. I hate to lose a game when we have pitched pretty well against a good hitting team, but it happens I guess.
