7 game hit streak for Z? In a couple of years Z is going to get break DeMaggio's hit streak.

 

He struck out against the Marlins over the weekend.

nope, z pinch hit on saturday and i think he struck out or flied out to center.

Z's going to have the worst pitched one hitter in history. Honestly though, Z has good enough stuff that he can pitch well when he wild like this. Of course it helps to be playing a Dusty Baker team and it is still frustrating as hell.

According to Gameday, he's topped out at 93 mph (2 pitches) and is operating primarily 88-91 mph.
