Pretty simple question. Tommorow is my last week day to sleep in with school starting Thursday. So do I take advantage of the chance to sleep in one more time? Or, should I wake when I usually would which is 6 (so as to be ready on Thursday morning)?

I wound up sleeping in and then on the next day, which was the first day of school, I had a nice cup of Coffee to keep me going :D

coffee? aren't you in HS? If you need coffee to get you through HS, real life is going to suck something awful for you.

I didn't drink coffee at all until my second kid was born

I held off until the first kid. Of course, he woke up every 2-3 hours until he was 2 and I was working 60 hour weeks. Not good times.

Maybe I worded that wrong, I had a cup of coffee in the morning and I felt good all day. Just for the record, at least half the kids in high school drink coffee and the other half drink energy drinks.

When I thought I was tired in HS, I'd have a pop first thing in the morning (great, I know). I can't imagine drinking coffee at 16/17 years old.

I never drank coffee in HS, but I did down some after a couple of my many all-nighters in college.

It's amazing how tired you can be after not sleeping at all the night before because you've been studying and coffee can give you the quick burst of energy you need for the exam.

I started drinking coffee in HS, but didn't keep it up for very long. Then I got to college and while at school I have it almost everyday.
I don't drink coffee everday nor do I need it. However on a cold morning where maybe you missed 2-4 hours of sleep, it's amazing what one cup can do.

several studies have shown that teenagers would be much more effective in school if the school day was 9:30-4:30pm instead of 7:30-2:30pm, but no school does that. brilliant
