They're gonna get at least one more here.

And that's fine. Get all our troops out of the box.

Yeah, I'm definitely not watching to see who wins anymore.

I didn't know checking was against the rules now.

I think the refs have decided the way to keep this game from deteriorating into a brawl is to keep one of the teams on the PP.

That's actually the best way to get the game to be a brawl.

True line brawls happen when someone is shorthanded and someone gets double teamed... this is also usually when the goalies fight at center ice.

Haha Buff got in one more shot.

Well, crap game. At least the 3rd was entertaining. Q better skate these clowns hard tomorrow.

Well, that sucked. Burish is becoming a pretty effective agitator. He had O'Brien really angry, and kept punching a Sedin sister. Ha.

Just reading the box score, I would say you can have your agitator and Vancouver will take a sister, and win.

Great job reading the box score, I guess. Those things can get confusing! And the sisters will be bolting from Vancouver in a few months most likely, so enjoy them while you can. Unless they lower their demands from $6M a year each (i think this is correct).

So is a line brawl pulling a Slapshot?

And was that guy really pulling hair?

Yah, Burrows was pulling Keith's hair.

I doubt that the Sedins leave. They'll probably resign at 5.5 per year. Even if they want 6 per year, the Canucks can afford it.

You may be right, reading the box score may not of given me the whole picture of the game, but the Sisters had 2 goals and several assists in a 4-0 game. You guys can get all excited you want about a line brawl, but a Hawks started it, Hawks got whooped at home by a team that they are fighting for playoff position against and the Hawks did not clearly win any of these fights except for maybe Eager. But Burish did agitate well, that is something that doesnt show up in the box score.

Also I am not a Canucks fan

Aren't you a Wings fan?

Yes, it sucked that the Hawks got their teeth kicked in where it counts, but I'm encouraged by the fact that they showed a little heart on a night when they clearly weren't going to beat Luongo.

Now Montreal. Game is on Vs., by the way. I haven't been following them lately, but the last I heard they were in a freefall.
