Blech Cards gonna win, that moves them to 3 GB

Ugh, this is so frustrating!

Huh? It's the flippin' 6th inning. It's only a one run game.

Kind of annoying to see the Astros have 13 hits, and only 4 runs to show for it, while the Brewers have 5 hits and 4 runs.

The Cards and Brewers have been doing this all year - so damn annoying

Cubs have the opposite effect in their games, they lose getting more hits than the opponent.

Having not tormented us quite enough, Houston puts the leadoff man on to start the 9th.

Ah, GIDP. Well, at least they're not gonna jerk us around.

Well, now we'll likely be at least 2 back after Thursday.

2? i was thinking at least 5.

So you think they'll get swept? Even if they just win one of 4 the Brewers will only gain 2 games.

TruffleShuffle is not serious, but if we continue hitting and getting this type of bullpen work, it is no improbable that we can get swept.

Teams not named Pirates or residing in the NL West have not been so kind to the Cubs. This Brewer team (pre Sabathia) won 4 of 6 at Wrigley.

It was also pre-Harden, among other things.

I'm glad the Brewers won. Maybe it'll fire the team up, even though I don't usually believe in that sort of stuff, but they definitely deserve to be in a tie with us after how terribly we've played and how well they've played.

Let the better team win.

BTW as I mentioned earlier, we are now the 2nd best team in Chicago :(

And the Cubs' playoff chances take another hit.

Oh wait...
