i think they will, but lidge is a reliever and really cannot be expected to pitch more than 2 innings (i'd be irate if i were the phillies and he threw more than 2), and i don't think francona will ask kazmir go more than 2. so i can see it going more than 1 more inning; they'll just have to agree to end it after that.
