I'm sure it will be a regular interview with him in which he says absolutely nothing at all. Something along the lines of, "We'll look to make the team better and we'll look into any trades that do make us better."

Kap said that the Cubs would have offered Vitters, Veal and Gallagher if Cleveland wanted that. The problem was Cleveland needed a middle of the order, Major league ready corner outfielder. Only the Brewers had that to offer.

Kap just mentioned Tim Hudson. I think all of us would be thrilled with that. The Braves are falling fast and being that Hudson is making 16M, IMO, they may just move him.

That wont do. Hes scheduled to have a closed door meeting with Sweet Swingin Billy all day tommorow.

 

Knowing Jim, they'll be taking a solid half hour break to grab multiple slices of Bacci pizza.

720 does that all the time. Promises Hendry, or MacPhail (when he was around) or some other important so and so, and then they cancel or they just don't mention why they weren't on. Seriously, it was the second most predictable outcome after "Hendry won't say anything of importance."

Obviously, we like our team as it stands today, but if I can make it better I will. Dempster has been outstanding. Fukudome and Soto are having great rookie seasons. Woody has done everything we've asked of him. Zambrano has been the Ace that we always knew he could be. He gave us a little scare but he's fine. Lou and I talk regularly about this guy or that guy and match ups. Obviously, Lou likes this team and so do I. I mean we have the best record in the national league, but if we can add here or there and make this team better we're certainly going to try, but it take two to tango. We'll see who we match up with and go from there.

This is pretty much spot on but you forgot a few more Obviously's :)
