ps - i like the peavy trade a little more after seeing lynx gets two starts from him this week against HBC.

I benched Cabrera for Barmes who came off the DL today.

 

Only 6 starts this week which might work to my advantage if I can avoid another -40 last like week.

The way my team has been playing Juan may not need 2 starts from Peavy. Although I do have 2 starts from AJB for the first time since trading for him.

 

Willingham just came of the DL as well and it looks like Hafner will be on a rehab assignment soon. I need to get better quick if I want to get back in this thing. Otherwise, I'll be selling.

Yeah, I was patiently waiting for your smart ass comments regarding Hoffman's outing last night. I got the best Percival had to offer. He hasn't been any better than Hoffman over the last month.

 

Still, I'd rather pick up someone off the FA wire than trade for Percival. But, you just go ahead and keep hoarding them closers since they are such a hot commodity on Roadkill. :good:

 

Meanwhile, I think my team is about to break out of the funk. I'm pretty happy with my score so far with 6 pitching starts remaining.

Was he productive out of the pen during those 2 weeks he was on the DL? If the answer was no, then I don't see why I can't hold that against him. It's not like he's been the perfect picture of health during his career.
