Beilein isn't going anywhere. Michigan gave him boatloads of money and he's already done good things in his second season there. Right now Michigan basically has Simms and Harris, and then a bunch of people who shouldn't be allowed on the court, and Michigan is still on the bubble to make the Tourney.

I've heard him say once that he would leave for only 2 schools, and they don't need coaches right now. Obviously, one is Duke when Coach K is done. But the hot rumor is that he's going to either Arizona or Maryland. I've got to think Gary Williams will be there next season if they make the dance this year, though.
