I'm not sure if it's new or a clarification. My understanding in the past was that, once you promoted a player to your major league roster, you had to keep him up unless he got sent down by his team. However, I remember Juan saying a few weeks ago (I don't recall which thread) that you could send him back down as long as he's never lost minor league eligibility (this year or any previous year).

5 wins in a row in this league. 6 in a row in my other league. Get Fuzzy next week, should be fun!

Should be a good match up. I wish Holliday wasn't on the DL right now, but I do like my pitching this week.

Anybody going to the Cubs/Pads series? The wife and I have tickets for the Wednesday night game. This is a horrible week for the Cubs to be in town. This is one of my busiest times of the year and it seems like they are here around this time every year where I can only go to 1 game. At least I'll get to see Lilly redeem himself.

The key to beating the Padres is to pitch around Adrian Gonzalez.

Yay, back over .500.

No Padres games for me this year, going to 3 Dodger games though.

Yeah, you get Pedro back against weak offensive teams, but I don't expect him to go too deep. I get Wainwright and Harden twice though, and they have been my best pitchers.

Yeah, I don't expect Pedro to go deep into games, either. But, you have to start a guy that's facing teams like San Fran and the Padres in their home parks. As much as I like Laffey, I just can't find a start for him this week.

Wish I could make it but not this year.

Regarding the minors, you can send any player down who is under the limits and any player who is sent down. Players over the limits cannot be on the minors roster during the cap period, however.

Get Tim next week, and historically I have NOT been good against his team. Garza and Halliday 2 starts each this week, although I can't decide if I should use Garza for one and Floyd against KC for the 2nd. We'll see.
