The husband and I will be there. Still no word from the Chiefs on where they're putting us (we're season ticket holders), but am sure hoping its somewhere good!

Incidentally, for those of you in the Peoria area, pretty sure the booster club is going to try and put some buses together to go up. Likely, you'd be responsible for your own tickets, but thinking we'd try and do this somehow. Not sure yet, but stay tuned and I'll be sure to update NSBB when the board decides what it wants to do.

As I posted in the minor league forum, they didn't release any Club Box Infield seats for the general on-sale yesterday morning. I'd imagine that they held all of those back for Chiefs season ticket holders and guests. You should be getting pretty good seats.

I'll try to go, but I'm only doing bleachers!

As awesome as this event is, why did it have to be the same exact time as the Cubs game @ Milwaukee? Not just because of all the Cubs fans that will have to miss the Cubs game, but also because it would be cool if they could put together a television/radio production. I would love to see Len and Bob do TV while Nathan does radio.

Ain't nothing a radio and a pair of headphones can't solve. Watching one baseball game while listening to another: now THAT'S Old Style.

Just don't sit in the left field corner.

So I was just browsing the chiefs website for the purpose of seeing who was on their roster and in the process, I figured out why this organization has such problem with injuries.

we employ 2-month-olds as our strength and conditioning coaches.

that's pretty funny - would guess that 2/27 is when the Chiefs entered the roster information for all the guys. AJ & Kelly are young - but not *that* young! AJ just finished ISU - so he's 22ish and Kelly's got a master's degree so would guess he's more like 27ish? Have met both and can confirm they're older than 2mo

It's a Bartman thing!

Booooo... aren't we going to get enough of this on the ESPN broadcast tonight without compounding matters further? [-(

Besides, with my Peoria Chiefs hat, Sandberg jersey shirt and most importantly, EARBUDS, I'll be better dressed than Bartman was that night.
