Is Chris Lofton trying to throw these games? Dude hasn't made anything in the tournament.

His ankle has been injured throughout the tournament. That may have something to do with the poor shooting.

Otherwise, I have no idea what the cause of this slump is.

he's trying to throw the games

But he's perfect from the free throw line. What's the excuse for that...?

he can't make it too obvious

Ah. Good thinking.

on the other hand, i always wanted bilas to be a moron and a homer because he went to dook, but he's actually very good. kinda how i feel about troy aikman and moose johnston in football announcing; hated them when they played, but they're pretty good on the air.

It would be nice if Tennessee stopped shooting 33 percent today.

Agreed. Bilas, Aikman and Johnston are quite good - despite the fact that I really don't like their teams.

Dick Enberg is either drunk or senile.

probably both.

he needs to retire and give the #1 spot to GUS JOHNSON.

He's now called J.P. Prince T.J. and D.J. I can't even count how many mistakes he's made. He seems confused on every foul or ball knocked out of bounds.

I think he thought Washington State was the same caliber of team they were in '98.

what happens if every player on both teams fouls out?

and why does it seem like cbs' advertising plan for every march madness is to take five ads and bludgeon you to death with them?

If you're calling more than a foul a minute, you're probably calling a game too tight. 17 fouls in 13 minutes of the second half, 37 in 33 minutes overall.

Most have been cheap touch fouls on both sides. It's extremely frustrating.

Yeah, I especially want to hate Bilas, as a UNC fan. But he's actually pretty good at what he does, and I tend to agree with what he says.

I'd like to see Gus Johnson and Jay Bilas paired up.

Right now I'm pretty happy that I didn't pick either Tennessee or Louisville to go to the final four.

What a night to have one of our worst shooting days possible.

This team is so much better than this, it's frustrating to see the season end this way (barring a great comeback).

EDIT: Oh yea, they can't grab an offensive rebound to save their lives.

you should also be happy that they didn't switch to this game. your game is closer, and the second half has been completely unwatchable thanks to the refs.

I'm very impressed with UNC's play today. They buckled down on defense, and were able to maintain a very efficient offense despite Wazzu's pace and stingy defense. I expected that game to be much closer.

Also, if the current leads hold up, I'll be 4 for 4 today on my bracket, and may climb into the top 50 on ESPN (I'm #78 right now).

Yea, I don't want to sound like I'm blaming anybody else for this (possible) loss besides Tennessee - but, the refs calling this game so freaking tight has completely negated our ability to mount any kind of a comeback.

Tennessee is still embarassing themselves with missed shots and a lack of grabbing any rebounds, but the refs are definitely negating much of any hope the Vols may have left.

No Raftery, WKU hitting a three-pointer to cut the UCLA lead to six is not a dagger. Because, you know, THEY'RE STILL DOWN SIX POINTS!! Dope. It's a big shot, sure, but that's it.
