the milwaukee game with the ARam walkoff was the greatest game of 2007

Can't argue with that choice, but I prefer the Rockies game, in which the Cubs blew the lead and came back and won it in the bottom of the ninth. I still have that game thread in my faves, cause the range of emotion was extreme.

I prefer that game too, but that's probably just because I was in attendance.

I just happened to miss that game and recorded it for when I get home so I have been watching that game over and over all season long waiting for the new season to start.

Hah. I've told this story a million times but I was on I-55 northbound driving back to my parents because I was going to the game the next day (which they lost, of course). My girlfriend was asleep in the passenger seat and I was listening to the game on the radio. When Aramis hit that ball, I screamed so loud that she shot up because she thought something was wrong. This emoticon is a perfect representation of what I did when he hit that: :yahoo:

I made this last year in September and I was just recently watching it and am now ready for the new season, so I thought I'd share it once again...

Spoken from someone with a media production degree, solid work! I would like it better if it didn't feature that corny song, but I guess it's not that bad though. I look forward to the 2008 version!

I was going north on US 61 by myself and when he hit it I started honking my car horn like crazy. I got some strange looks

I was backing into my garage and slammed on my break so hard I about gave myself whiplash. My neighbor across the street was walking out to his car and gave me a look like I should be in a psych ward.

I was driving home from a round of golf, having passed on tickets to the game. #-o Sweet video though.

Ahh I can't wait for the season. I love everybody on our team, but for some reason, when Aram hit that walk-off against the Brewers he became my favorite player, and I don't think anyone will ever overcome him. I love Santo, I do, but hopefully before Aram's time is done, he will be considered the greatest Cub 3b of all time.

i was wearing my ARam jersey at the time of that HR. I was in a hotel room in Cleveland, waiting to go the Jake to see the Tribe play the D-Rays. My daughters were napping so i ran around the room doing the "silent scream" when he hit it. I was totally pumped after that.

Epilogue: Cleveland won the game that night on a walk-off shot by Ben Francisco :)

Oh god - that was awesome. I was at that Cincinnati game with the walkoff infield hit. AWESOME.

Ha. I was there for that game too. I couldn't talk for quite some time after that game. Definitely a lot of screaming.

I would have to say, and im being partial since i was at the game, that the ARam walk off was the best game of last year. I just remember being totally bummed for 8 innings and getting teased by my Brewer friends the whole time then..BAM absolute rejuvenation and good times at the Cubby Bear after that.
