Which broacast do you enjoy more, from an annoucer standpoint?

TBS-bob and Chip and Tony

Fox with Joe Buck and the other guy.

I am giving you two choices even though you have more. This is a last resort type of question.

i'm less annoyed with Buck/McCarver than am I with how utterly horrible the FOX games look on my TV. The graphics are all out of focus, the picture is really dark (you can't even see the face of the batter). Horrible

Does anyone remember, near the beginning of the Braves run, mid-90's (?), when Deion Sanders dumped the icewater on McCarver during an interview? I remember McCarver being pissed about it.

Does anyone know why he dumped the water on him? Was there some history there?

Google tells me McCarver was saying Deion was selfish for trying to play baseball and football at the same time, Sanders heard about it after the game and decided to dump the gatorade bucket on him.

can't remember but he probably deserved it.

Chip drives me nuts, but he's nowhere near as bad as Buck and McCarver. Stockton was up there though. Tough choice, but I went with TBS. It's sad that these stations can't get better broadcasters.

i've gotten over Buck and McCarver. They're like John Madden; they aren't going away any time soon, so if you want to watch the big game, then you have to put up with them

My honest opinion is that Chip Caray makes a much better national announcer than a team announcer. He's excitable, fairly knowledgeable and is pretty good at making baseball palatable to the non-diehard baseball fan.

Joe Buck is only one of those three. Chip is much better.

Which of those three is Joe Buck?

Knowledgeable. I figured that was clear enough. (I give him the benefit of the doubt working with that moron they paired him with.)
