No, different guy had him wrapped up with his feet. Second guy (#42) hit him when both his feet were out of bounds.

 

Michigan has gotten away with holding all the time and I don't doubt they are getting away with them again this game, but it doesn't mean that the other calls are wrong.

Hes a much better passer and only a slightly worse runner. At least with Mcgee you have to respect pass and run, with Juice its all run
