They overturned the call, but there was a roughing the passer penalty, and a blatant one at that.

They are the winningest program in college football so im not sure how that can be massively overrated. They are either winning/sharing or competiting for the B10 title year in and year out. Overrated is subjective term but its not like they dont have results.
