Don't be so sure about Davis, he pretty much always shut out the Cubs as a Brewer.

Just scrolling through the last night thread on the dbacks board... they sound like us

4 pitches... 2 outs...

Marshall is 1-2 with an ERA of 8.5 this month... and we make him look like he's an HOF-er... :x

EB swings at the first pitch and flies to right.

5 pitches... inning over... :x

Roast is probably hung over and wondering who that chick is in bed with him.

Long as she's hot, Roast...

Haha, well I wasn't wasted, I knew who she was, and we didnt do anything. Just slept, sorry to ruin your wild dreams about my life, folks.

Anyway, sorry, I had a floor meeting last night that i couldn't get out of then I went over to her house. I'll make sure to get tomorrows up.

Your mom doesn't count, Roast.

You clearly are not familiar with the Cubs' offense and its wonderful tendency to get shredded by a middling LHP. :D

D'Backs - 132 runs (Worst in MLB), .238 BA (Worst in MLB), .309 OBP (Worst in MLB) vs. Lefties. D'Backs are only worse.

So what you're saying is that the reason the Cubs switched Zambrano and Marshall was not so Zambrano would get to pitch more often, but so that Marshall could pitch to the D-Backs yesterday. :)

Hmm. This man may have a point.

Chris Young has 8 more HR's than anyone on the Cubs, and is batting leadoff for the worst hitting team in the NL.

*scratches head*

Too bad he can't do it with anyone on. I know he bats lead off and all, but he isn't that great of a hitter with guys on right now.

This last week, yea. The first 18 days of August were bomb, scoring runs left and right and doing no wrong.
