Reporter on First Take said Ramirez just flew back to Chicago for further tests on wrist...not good. No word on how long either, but at LEAST out for tonight.

Now do we try for a 3rd baseman from the waiver wire? DeRosa is simply not gonna hack it out there everyday if Ramirez is down for any amount of time. Or do we bring Scott Moore back up to the bigs?

I love DeRosa's versatility, but honestly the guy has done nothing for the last month and a half power wise. We need to get someone who can play 3rd base ASAP if Ramirez is got wrist issues.

From Cubs.com now as well:

HOUSTON -- The Cubs know they will be minus Alfonso Soriano until Labor Day. Now, they may have lost team RBI leader Aramis Ramirez for a few days as well.

Ramirez was to fly back to Chicago on Thursday to have his sore right wrist examined, leaving the team minus two key bats in the lineup. They were missed.
