There's two sides to every split like that. LH have hit Glavine well, but would our LH? Murton destroys LHP and should be playing everyday anyway, and Fontenot and Jones have been truly awful against LHP(while DeRosa traditionally mashes them).

In my opinion, the only lefty that should be considered to start is Floyd - only because he's had a lot of success against Glavine. Fontenot and Jones don't hit lefties well and haven't hit Glavine well either (of course, Fontenot's never faced him).

The lineup I'd put out there - and I think Lou will too - is:

Soriano

Theriot

Lee

Ramirez

DeRosa

Murton

Pagan

Kendall

May I request a stop to the gratuitous use of asses, bitches, etc.?

Thanks.

Random question, but anyone ever go up to Wrigley trying to acquire tickets from a scalper after the first couple of innings? My girlfriend has a couple of cousins in town from Reno, and, if possible, I'd like to try and get them in. Any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

if they aren't parsnicketty, you usually can get standing room only/obstructive view at the box office. but yes, often there are tickets available. I recommend going straight to the box office area, where there will often be people trying to unload tickets they won't use, instead of going the scalper/broker route.

last time I tried scalping tickets, I was escorted away by the CPD. They made scalpers stay at least 2 blocks from the park

Jason Marquis, by the power vested in me by Miller Brewing Company and it's fine ice beer products I hereby command you to not suck tonight.

Going to the game tonite with my buddy, looking for tickets via scalpers/brokers.

He's a Mets fan, so I'm really hoping we can get through (what will be) yet another poor outing by Marquis...

I have a bad feeling tonight..Cubs going against a lefty and we also have Marquis on the mound against a tough Mets lineup..Should be a hell of a game though on ESPN Sunday Night baseball..The atmosphere is going to be electrifying tonight. Edited by PrimeTime

Lineup

Soriano

Theriot

Lee

Ramirez

Floyd

DeRosa

I like it. Right-handed lineup except for Floyd, and Floyd has always hit Glavine well and Murton has not.

Here is the Mets lineup:

Reyes

Castillo

Wright

Delgado

Alou

Green

Lo Duca

Milledge

Glavine

Hopefully it won't interfere with the game... But it better if Marquis gets shelled.
