I was ready to get angry about another fan, but this guy just fell. Hope he's alright.

Fell? That drunk SOB belly flopped after the ball went by him.

Why is Hamels still pitching? Is their pen that bad?

Yes and hes only at 103, they probably figure the Cubs will make 3 outs before he reaches 110

The CSN broadcast isn't showing it, Bob just said he fell. If ESPN showed otherwise, my mistake.

Hamels at 103 pitches with very few thrown from the stretch, not really anything wrong with him starting the 8th.

Not a bad assumption...he can actually go the full 9 innings w/out reaching 120.

ESPN showed the whole thing :)

When he "fell" over the rail (even though he could never have reached a ball) the grounds crew guy just rolled his eyes at him.

when is the last time we beat a lefty?

Sun 15 July 2007. CUBS (Marquis) beat Houston (Rodriguez) 7-6.

I was there. :)

Fontenot against the left handed Hamels? Don't we have someone else on the bench? Uh... Zambrano?

Yea I like Z's chances better than Fontenots sub .600 OPS

I'll give Hamels credit, but it seems like the guys are sleepwalking through this one with their plate approaches.

Blown chance, it appears.
