Well...if Kendall catches the pop up we never end up with Ohman walking people.

 

you could also say if Marshall didn't walk the lead off guy and give up a hit, it never would have gotten to Kendall.

 

But I know better to argue when a player already has his grave dug for him before he comes over.

im glad we only scored 2 runs on the most overrated player in major league baseball

 

And gave up 4 to one of the worst offenses in the league playing without their best hitter.

Pitchers are going to occasionally walk and give up hits. Catchers should make the routine plays. Especially when they can't hit.

I'd wager that catchers catch routine foul pop-ups more than pitchers allow the leadoff batter of the inning to reach.

 

But whatever.
