Get well, pitching!

I really hope I get to see a completely healthy rotation of Harden, Verlander, Oswalt, Unit & lil' Weaver for at least a few weeks this season. Garland has actually been pretty good this year & McGowan is looking like he was once supposed to, but I'll be pretty happy when those guys are sitting on the sidelines unless needed to fill out my seven starts. If I get those five going at full speed, I'd put my rotation against anyone's.

 

Now, the likelihood of all those guys being healthy for an extended stretch is...well...a stretch.

My rotation isn't as good as those 2, but I have probably the 2 best 2nd half pitchers from last year. Johan Santana and Cole Hamels. Along with the phenom, Gallardo. If those guys all pitch to their potential, it won't really matter who is in my 4-5 spots.

He sucked less than Garland (by a long shot) at least. We'll find out tomorrow how this karma affects Webb. Maybe he'll tear his elbow in the game and need TJS.
