Do other teams reach this level of craziness in their games? I guess I'm biased, but it just seems like we have 1 or 2 games like this every year that no other team can touch.

 

A real good example is that Mongo/Angel Hernandez game a few years back. Just insanity. It's always at Wrigley too. I mean, the phrase "Wild one at Wrigley" is a calling card now.

 

Tonight we've got bipolar winning/losing, fans freaking out running on the field, Soriano speaking in tongues......just great stuff. 8-)

 

Seems like a good amount of them are at night too. Amazing, especially considering there is a limited amount of night games.

Cubs had some bad luck, ie soft hits, bad hops, corner calls, early in the game, but the funny bounce Sori's single took was HUGE. I don't know if Hill makes it if not for the bounce. centerfielder would have 'had the best of it' as Stoney used to say.

i dont understand why you cant understand Soriano. I saw the interview and understood everything he said. He just has a thick, heavy accent.
