the Cubs are now 1-4 when I go commando

The Cubs are 10-2 when I throw up.

have you considered bulimia?

I'm already skinny. I would be nonexistent if I were bulimic.

I'm already skinny. I would be nonexistent if I were bulimic, but at that pace, the Cubs would be 135-27, so maybe this is something worth looking into.

If the ball was even half as fuzzy as Dempster was, it's no wonder the Texas hitters had no chance. Great pics! Tell that boy of yours I said hey.

That's an office building. You can rent an office from the Rangers if you so desire.

...Wow.

Here's what the Rangers have to say about it...

One of the signature features of Rangers Ballpark in Arlington is the four-story office building that encloses the structure from left center to right center fields. The office building has approximately 34,000 square feet on each level. The first floor includes retail shops and ticket windows, the second and third floors are leased for commercial office space, and the Rangers' executive offices occupy the fourth floor. The side of the building facing the playing field consists of floor to ceiling glass on each floor with balconies stretching the entire length of the structure on the top three levels. Steel trusses also adorn the building. The roof of the office building contains a total of eight ad panels around the center field scoreboard. For more information, please call (972) 432-3604.

I didn't get to watch the game but looking at the box score it's good to see Marmol doing so well in the pen. I think our pen has done a much better job as of late and Marmol is one of the reasons why. Howry has done much better too.

And now the last 9 outings for Howry:

10 2/3 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 9 K

I'd call that decent :D

i said when he was struggling that if his arm was sound, he'd be fine. Yeah, he doesn't have much of a repertoire, but he locates really well and throws deceptively hard. He's a good pitcher... I'm glad he's come around.

That's a beautiful view from those seats.

When Vance gets the tickets, we don't go second class.

Hell.... we were sitting in the second deck, weren't we ???

I won't! Nor will I tell him that if they are where I think they are from the pictures, it is actually my favorite place for seats there. Sure wish we could have gotten down for at least one game but it just wasn't to be. At least we get to watch them (although it is the Rangers broadcast!).
