YEAH ERROR!!!!

And honestly, I think Lee will bounce back rather quickly. You can see how much he cares and how frustrated he is by his play on every AB.

IDK about Aram'ss injury though.

Hahaha. Another Brewers error and Pie score.

That should be four errors on Hardy today.

Actually that should be Prince's error. Either way, Hardy should have 3 errors today.

HAHAHA, HARDY YOU SUCK

That was on Fielder. He just flat missed the ball. It didn't even hit the dirt.

Actually, I just got an e-mail 5 mins ago offering me the job I was interviewing for. I'm extremely happy and I am going to get VERY drunk tonight.

congrats!

what's your job?

Similar to what I'm doing now, yet different. It's in hedge fund administration. Accounting stuff. I'm putting my English Literature degree to great use!

Woo...I'm interviewing for an analyst position at a hedge fund.

Investing? If so, you are a better man than I.

Yup...we shall see how it goes.

My grad degree in English got me a job in financial research. I love the job, by the way.

Really? That's pretty interesting. My English degree usually raises some eyebrows during interviews. Probably my least favorite question to answer in an interview.

At the end of my 2nd interview, I met with the Senior VP of my organization. He asked how my degree helped prepare me for the job. I smiled and said "research is research" and told him my skills were transferable.

Thinking back, at the first interview, one of the VP's mentioned that he was a Cardinals fan when I told him I was from Chicago. It turned out he and I had been at the same Cubs/Cards game at Wrigley in 2004 - the one where Pujols hit three homeruns and Latroy melted down at the end of the game. I think talking baseball helped get me the job.

Has anyone on the Cubs considered that playing Jones to showcase him for a trade might kill his trade value??

Haha. Like he has any trade value.

If Neifi could get us a AA catcher, surely someone that hit 27 HRs last year could fetch something for him

Man. How long does it take to close the roof? It's been like 2 innings and they still don't have it closed.
