What a game going on between Alamo Stealth and Raw Dawgs! The 2 first place teams in their division are proving why they are there. Sabathia has thrown an absolute gem today. His 2nd scoreless 9-inning outing, fortunately for me, he won't get a complete game/ shutout because of a 0-0 score vs. Cincy.

 

Stealth again laying an egg offensively, with just a 5-point day.

 

Dawgs up exactly 5 points at 4pm EST. Stealth has 6 hitters playing currently, with just Orlando Hudson left to play. In relief, he has 1 closer (Dotel) who's team is up 1 as we speak. Lidge probably won't get in today, and he has Rafael Soriano tonight. Dawgs have 5 players currently playing, with my 2nd and 3rd lowest scorers left to play (Lugo/Byrnes). I have Linebrink and Embree in relief left to play, and Wagner not likely to see time with his team behind big late.

 

Should be a decent ending that could come down to relief pitching, which has been pretty even so far.

I'm up 4.75 now, including a Byrnes single and OHud K. This game will probably go as the Cubs go tonight. Assuming Byrnes and Lugo can at least match Hud's production the rest of the Bos/AZ game, it will come down to R. Soriano tonight. Cubs win, Soriano probably never gets in. Cubs lose, likely it's because Soriano sets up the save.
