Ok does this make sense...If a pitcher is the one who commits the error, does anybody else think it should count towards his ERA? I mean hes the one that commited the error and had the control over the inning. Maybe Im being crazy but it kinda makes sense doesnt it?

ERA is a measure of pitching ability, not pitching + fielding ability
