If the NBA draft lottery doesn't work out for us and we fall out of range of the big names such as Oden, Durant, Wright, Horford, I would not at all be opposed to drafting Mike Conley. We could use a guard who is lightning quick off the dribble. Edited by Soriano12

any reason to cut ties with Duhon is good in my book

My personal realistic wishlist at 9:

1) Roy Hibbert

2) Mike Conley

3) Al Thornton

4) Spencer Hawes

5) Julian Wright

I'm not sold on Hibbert. If Noah, Yi and Hawkes are all off the board at 9, I could live with him. Just wouldn't be excited about the pick. Love Conley. Would be hard to pass him up if he fell, but he won't. Thornton would be a reach at 9. My wish list at 9:

1) Noah

2) Yi

3) Hawes

4) J. Wright

5) Hibbert

At 9? Why? Long shot to be around then anyway.

He's been dropping since the tournament. Brewer and Horford have seen their stock skyrocket, but Noah hasn't been faring so well.

I'm aware of that. That's why I listed him as a possibility for the Bulls at 9. Noah's stock has dropped, but it was top 3, 4 for most of the season. I predict he'll turn some heads at the combine, climb back up a bit, and get drafted in the top 6.

Hawes is a no doubt #1 on that particular list.

i don't care as long as he's totally off the board by the Bulls pick (unless they pick Top 3 of course)

Sam Smith has mentioned that Pax was really high on Noah last year more than once. If the Bulls end up picking in their most likely slot and Noah's there, I bet they take him, like it or not.

Can't score

He's athletic, has great hands and an unearthly motor. He'll learn how. His shooting form is difficult to watch, but so is Shawn Marion's. It goes in within 15 feet.

In college he's not known as a scorer. I wouldn't want to put money on him turning into one at the next level. He's going to have a tough enough time just figuring out how to make his strengths translate to the big league, much less improving his weaknesses.

None of the Gators were known as "scorers" because that team was super deep, but Noah was as dominant statistically as anyone else on the Gators. His PER was 29 this season. Horford's was 29.9. Brewer's 22.8. No doubt he has his question marks. Most prospect do outside of Oden and Durant. I wouldn't want the Bulls to even look at him if they land in the top 3. But at 9? He'd be a solid pick-up.

I would love to see the Bulls get in the top 2, if only to see Knicks fans go nuts.

A fine motivation.

Good lord, we need no part of Julian Wirght. We need a big, who can score in the post. Not one who thinks he is a point guard.

He's not at the top of my list but he's far from a finished product and a solid talent to nab at 9.

If the Bulls are at #9.

My top 5 are:

1. Conley-- I think he's too talented to pass on even with big men on the board.

2. Hawes

3. Hibbert

4. Noah

5. Thornton

I'd probably even be tempted to overdraft on one of the big guards (Nick Young or Byars).

I really like Nick Young...someone is getting a really good pick if he falls out of the lottery like most of the projections I have seen.

Oh I agree I wouldn't mind having him if we had a different team. He just does not fit in with our mix at all.

If you can't get a big guy at that situation, trade down for Nick Young!

Or we could just win the lottery and take oden.
