Derrek set the bar so high for himself the first month of the season that this little slump he is in is disheartening.

 

Coming into today, he was 12-30 (.400) in May. With a hit in each game.

It's a team game. Z sucked, Murton's D sucked, Cubs hitting into DP sucked.

 

Nobody's blaming only Z. He's just pointing out 1 thing that is easy to point out. I got jumped over mentioning Soriano's baserunning and people assumed I thought Soriano was the only one making mistakes that game.
