On this topic, what is the all time record for reaching base in consecutive games?

 

I'd bet anything it belongs to Barry Bonds, but I'm not sure the record is.

I can't see the game, and I'm just now checking in. Can someone tell me what Tracy was upset about that got him ejected?

 

On Soriano's single, Ward contemplated going to third, then ran back to second. Throw appeared to beat him back, but ump called him safe. Tracy didn't like it, and came out all hot and bothered. Ump quickly tossed him.

 

Probably also upset about an earlier call at home as Soriano avoided a tag.
