Ronny is one of those odd players who has significant reverse splits. Dusty would have never noticed that and probably would have benched him against righties and started him against lefties.

Without being able to see it, I think they should let Marquis swing away here. He's too good of a hitter to only be bunting one of the runners over-bunting with runners on 1st and 3rd should only be saved for the worst of pitchers.

I sure hope that DLee doesn't pull an '05 Nomar. (Insanely hot in ST, insanely cold to start the season)

 

It happened to Aramis last year too.

 

Didn't JJ have a great spring last year also?
