As bad as Grossman has been late, he has allowed the defense a get out of jail free card as far as the media is concerned.

The Bears D entirely relies on pressure on the QB. I don't care who's in the secondary; if you don't get pressure on the QB, you will get beat through the air.

It's been a long time since they've gotten pressure on a QB. They've been pretty good in coverage and especially getting picks.
