I was searching for that pic but it wasn't up yet. :( I love that pic!

The Jets have spent the year being middle of the pack, but they've seemed to be a team that has always been capable of inching out ahead. They definitely made a statement beating New England, so I would imagine that emotionally, they're in a pretty similar boat as the Bears. This game doesn't make me as nervous as the Giants game did, but it could definitely go either way. I'm just glad Rex was able to prove he could show up on the road against a competent team.

That picture of Hester is awesome, especially the fact that he's taking a jump shot while wearing number 23. As for the Jets, I don't think they can run on the Bears, which will force Pennington and his weak arm to beat them. Don't see it happening.

This game could be tougher than the Giants game. Although it's got to help playing on the same field 2 weeks in a row. The Bears know that turf now.

Interesting game.

Everyone look at our last 5 games. It's Minny, TB, Det, GB, and Stl. Not that rough. The Bears need to find a way to win 1 of these next 2 road games (not an easy task), and the NFC is theirs.

I hope they're approaching it that way. Because a letdown will probably result in a loss. Jets are definitely better than they were advertised by the so-called "experts."

The Jets are a "hold on and hope to have the lead at the end" type of team. That is, they don't do anything all that well. They don't run particularly well, they don't pass all that well. They don't stop the run much, nor do they stop the pass. They are dead even if the giveaway takeaway.

The Jets epitomize mediocrity. I think the Bears will be able to kick the crap out of them even if they aren't playing their best ball. But, as usual, they can't afford a letdown game.

I think we are hurtling towards 13-3 at the worst. That should lock up the #1 seed.

Basically we need to go 5-2 the rest of the season

at Jets - Pretty good shot at a win

at Pats - Tough game, could lose

vs. Vikings - Should win this one

at Rams - On MNF in a dome, could be a loss

vs. Bucs - Should be a win at home

at Lions - No reason we can't win

vs. Packers - Only thing that puts doubt in my mind is Favres last game, but the way things seem to be heading, he'll be back next year

Thats 5-2, for a 13-3 record

Where are you going to be sitting at the game?

I don't know. My friend has all the tickets and they are spread throughout the stadium. It's up to him.

Random question: Why the hell does Bill Belichick hate Mangini so much? I'm baffled by this.

I think he's convinced it's important to act like that to be a good coach. I'm quite certain a pyschologist would diagnose him with some sort of anti-social disorder. He hates everybody.

Just read on NFL.com that the Bears/Patriots game has been changed to a 3:15 CST start on FOX. NBC will pick up the Eagles/Colts game for their SNF game.

Wait...weren't CT and goony at the Victor Diaz game? We might be in trouble here, folks.

I was there... that was my only Cubs game that year and my only trip to Shea Stadium as well :pukel:

That's cool. I realize the Bears are a hot commodity----as they should be, but they can't make us play every Sunday night.

I think there are some rules regarding this, too, but I don't remember them.

Last week was fun, shutting up all those NY homers. Lord, grant this Bear fan a double dose of Chicago sending NY home crying. Just this one year.

What Victor Diaz game?

There is only one situation where I'd want the bears to lose. This is that situation.

J E T S JETS! JETS! JETS!

As a life long Jet fan, let me say this. The Jets were expected to win 3, maybe 4 games this year. They have 5 games and I think that is absolutely amazing.

This game will be somwhere between a 3 point Jet win and a 48 point Bears win.

Honestly, the Bears should have no trouble with the Jets.
