He played yesterday, but not Wednesday. My guess is with the long stretch of games in a row that they are being extra careful with him, and sitting him more than even his 2 out of 3 plan would say.

B. Been far too busy the last 2 days to play with the worthless stats thing.

 

C. Would have done the PBP today, but I just got back from taking the wife to the hospital for some minor surgery. (She's gonna be just fine)

 

D. I've been watching this crap for 50 years. Resignation is a recurring, but temporary, theme with the CUBS.

Understandable. You could reverse your misery by just betting against the Cubs as I have done for most of the season. Two weeks ago the "Cubs" bought my wife and I a new flat screen for the bedroom. Once the "Cubs" start affording you new things you wouldn't normally have, the apathy goes away. Yes it is a little early to be drunk on a Friday, but I have the day off and there was no food in the house, only beer.
