how is pitcher abuse determined?

Pitcher Abuse Points refers to PAP^3, which assigns 0 PAP to a start in which the pitcher throws 100 or fewer pitches and (PC-100)^3 PAP for all other starts.

Izturis is actually Wally West in disguise.
