How is this misleading? He gave up 9 runs...?

His season ERA is misleading because it is not indicative of how he's pitched most of this season. It's inflated by one bad outing, despite most of his outings being good.

Its not the worst of grammar miscues, but someone has got to fix the title to this thread. It looks like a plea that Ricky should get drunk after his outing.

His outing killed my fantasy pitching stats this week too! :shock: Not even the wins by Marmol and Weaver could overcome it. :cry:
