I'm sure you mean well, but NEVER send hate mail. There's no good that can come from it. I understand your frustration with the team, but just imagine if some one sent you hate mail. Not cool.

If I were a player and got hate mail from someone, I'd probably send them back an autographed photo with a note thanking them for their support.

I got a little hate mail for a couple sports columns I wrote for my school paper this year. I just laughed.

 

 

I covered Women's soccer and softball as the beat reporter for the paper at ISU. I also dabbled in basketball and football a little. I only recieved thanks from the parents of the athletes I talked about.

 

Every Thursday though, my editorial ran, I aparently rubbed quite a few people the wrong way with that column. Usually an email or two a week telling me how stupid I was.
